Aotearoa Pharmacy Brokers was set up in 2023 as the New Zealand branch of Pharmabroker Sales. Led by Managing Director Geoff Lovell, who has guided the wider business since 2009, the team has grown quickly. Today, our specialists cover 1,000 pharmacies nationwide, representing over 23 brands within a group generating more than $20 million in annual sales.

Stewart Bowen

Founding Director

Stewart Bowen is the founding Director of Pharmabroker Sales Pty Ltd, established in 1979. With a strong foundation in marketing, Stewart began his career as a Product Manager at Johnson & Johnson and Ciba-Geigy, later advancing to Marketing Manager for Revlon Cosmetics. His expertise lies in successfully introducing and building brands within the Australian and New Zealand pharmacy markets.

An accomplished entrepreneur, Stewart has bought, grown, and sold multiple businesses across a range of industries. In addition to his leadership at Pharmabroker Sales, he has owned and managed ventures including a pathology company, printing business, vitamins product line, as well as, hardware and grocery store brokerage businesses. This extensive experience reflects his strategic vision, adaptability, and deep understanding of market dynamics.

Geoff Lovell

Managing Director

Geoff Lovell is the Managing Director of Pharmabroker Sales.  He works with some of Australia’s largest organisations on sales strategies and execution in the Australian Pharmacy Channel.  He has also been instrumental in launching a number of new brands into the Australian pharmacy market and assisted numerous startup organisations get their ideas off pieces of paper and on to retail shelves.  

Geoff has over 25 years senior management experience with large consumer goods manufacturers including GlaxoSmithKline, Wella, Schwarzkopf and PZ Cussons, with over 20 years specifically involving the pharmacy channel.  

He holds both an honours degree in Economics and a law degree from Sydney University.  

He loves coffee, wine and finding his way to the Sydney Blue Mountains each weekend. 

Lancy Lobo

Chief Financial Officer

Lancy Lobo is the Chief Financial Officer at Pharmabroker Sales Pty Ltd, bringing over 35 years of experience in accounting and financial management. He has been with Pharmabroker since August 2015, focusing on financial strategies and operational efficiencies to support the company’s growth.

Lancy has held significant roles in major companies and organisations including Goodman Fielder Limited, Schneider-Electric Australia, New England Health Service NSW and others in India, developing expertise in financial analysis, financial control, cost allocation and senior management support.  

He holds a Bachelor and Master of Commerce from the University of Pune, India, a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Macquarie Graduate School of Management, and professional certifications including CMA India and CPA Australia.  

Since joining Pharmabroker, Lancy has played an important role in driving financial strategies and operational improvements, leveraging extensive financial management experience to advance the company’s success and growth.   

Evan Webster

Chief Data and Analytics Officer

Evan is leading Pharmabroker’s transformation into a data-driven, digitally enabled organisation. As Chief Data and Analytics Officer, Evan is responsible for shaping and executing a comprehensive data, analytics, and AI strategy that drives business growth and operational excellence. Evan oversees analysts, support teams, and technology partners to develop advanced systems that deliver actionable insights and enable smarter decision-making. With a strong background in R&D, commercial operations, and data science leadership, Evan brings deep expertise in innovation and digital transformation. Collaboration and continuous improvement are central to Evan’s approach, ensuring teams are equipped to unlock the full potential of data across the enterprise.

Lorelle Chapman

Head of Sales

Lorelle Chapman brings over 30 years of experience in the grocery and pharmacy channel, with a proven track record of driving commercial success and building high-performing teams. As Head of Sales at Pharmabroker Sales, she has held multiple leadership roles over the past 17 years, contributing to the company’s growth and reputation as a trusted partner in the healthcare retail space.

Lorelle is passionate about launching new products, mentoring emerging talent, and fostering strong customer relationships. Her strategic thinking and collaborative approach have consistently delivered results, helping clients and brands navigate the pharmacy channel with confidence.

Known for her energy, integrity, and commitment to excellence, Lorelle leads with purpose and a deep understanding of the industry. Outside of work, she enjoys live music, singing (not very well, she admits), and making meaningful friendships—bringing the same warmth and enthusiasm to her personal life as she does to her professional one.

Michelle Quy

Head of Sales, PBS Division

Michelle Quy is the Head of Sales for the PBS division at Pharmabroker Sales, bringing nearly two decades of experience in the pharmaceutical sales industry.  She has been with Pharmabroker for 19 years, beginning her career as a sales representative after completing a Bachelor of Arts degree at Monash University.

Over the years, Michelle has worked across three of the company’s sales divisions, progressing through roles including State Sales Manager before being appointed Head of Sales 14 years ago. Her leadership has been instrumental in driving growth, building high-performing teams, and strengthening client partnerships.

Michelle brings extensive experience working across a wide range of businesses and retail categories during this time—from global multinationals to innovative startups—giving her a unique perspective on market dynamics and commercial strategy. She is known for her collaborative leadership style, strategic thinking, and deep understanding of the Australian pharmacy landscape.

Emma Gamble

Head of Sales, 3P

Hailing from the black sands of Taranaki, New Zealand and moving across the Tasman to Melbourne in 2016, Emma Gamble is a dynamic sales leader with more than a decade of experience in the community pharmacy channel. Over the past four years at Pharmabroker, she has worked across two divisions, steadily advancing from Area Manager to State Manager, and now Head of Sales for 3P. Her career reflects a strong commitment to growth, leadership, and ability to drive high performance across diverse teams

Emma is passionate about representing brands that support the community and contribute to the growth of Australian Pharmacy. She thrives on building meaningful relationships, mentoring teams, and driving strategic outcomes that make a real impact.

Chloe Hawke

Head of Sales PBH

Chloe Hawke leads the PBH Division at Pharmabroker Sales, partnering with managers and her field teams to drive commercial outcomes across the community pharmacy channel. With a background in Pharmaceutical Science and Therapeutics from the University of Queensland, she brings a practical, data-driven approach to building high-performing teams, strengthening category presence, and delivering consistent in-store execution.

Over the past four years, Chloe has progressed from Area Manager in Queensland into divisional leadership. Her collaborative and pragmatic style is grounded in clear plans, effective coaching, and a passion for brand building and strong customer relationships that translate strategy into results.
